Helma
Helma shows what a finished character developed inside Sineus can look like: from idea and appearance to place in the world, image and personality.
The North knew her as a girl on the wharves — by the way she held an oar against the current. When her father's drakkar did not return from the storm, Helma did not weep on the shore: she stepped onto the deck, took up the word of her clan and led her people where others turned back. Since then the strait calls her by name — and she answers.
